I am not a writer; I write because I am compelled to. What compels me is beyond my understanding, but my inspiration comes from all around me, whether it's from the books I read or the movies I watch or the lives I see unfold in front of me. In most cases, my protagonist has been inspired by various factors, and formed inside my imagination; the story that unfolds is his alone. Take what you will from these words - love 'em, hate 'em - that's your decision. I will continue to write as I am compelled.
